Envision TCI Digital Services is a pioneering technology company with a proven history of innovation, recognised for its adaptability and evolution in meeting the dynamic demands of the digital and artificial intelligence era.

Founded by professionals whose careers began in the early internet era within banking and fintech at the Bank of England, the company traces its roots back to 1986 in the financial services sector, where it established a strong foundation by delivering consultancy services to the banking industry.

During this period, the founders of Envision TCI provided services to charities and non-profit organisations, playing a key role in developing systems and initiatives that significantly addressed knife crime in London. Their work positively impacted young people locally and raised global awareness of the dangers associated with non-education-focused cultures.

In 2004, the company reached a pivotal milestone when the founders expanded into the public sector, initially focusing on early Microsoft Cloud solutions. During this transitional period, they specialised in delivering private cloud products to public sector tenants, including the City of London.

By 2013, the company entered a new chapter through a strategic partnership with HCL, delivering Microsoft services to customers across Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. During this period, its expertise grew beyond individual vendor solutions to encompass solution architecture, pipeline development, value chain propositions, and end-to-end delivery.

In 2014, Envision TCI partnered with HPE to deliver a broad range of consultancy services, implementing HPE-promoted solutions including VMware, Microsoft, and HPE-branded products, with a focus on government, financial, and logistics sectors. In 2016, the company reached a major milestone with the official incorporation of Envision the Cloud, marking the beginning of delivering services under its own brand and further strengthening its reputation for excellence.

In 2017, the company expanded into the European defence sector, providing services to NATO and partner nations while extending enterprise and technical expertise to partner organisations engaged in major IT modernisation (ITM) programs. This growth continued until the conclusion of the Brexit transition period at the end of 2020.

In 2021, Envision TCI underwent a strategic transformation, refocusing its efforts on the private commercial sector and government clients. This shift highlighted the company’s adaptability and commitment to addressing the evolving demands of the technology industry.

In 2024, Envision TCI entered into a strategic partnership with Microsoft to deliver specialised services within the MOD secure sector. The first phase of this collaboration was successfully completed in September 2025.
